Overview
Katch Fresh approached SDK Infinity Technologies for business analysis and process optimization for their fresh produce operations. This project was assigned to me by Dinesh Konidala, Founder of SDK Infinity Technologies and my college senior from XIME Chennai. Under his guidance and mentorship, I worked on analyzing the client's business processes, conducting demonstrations, and coordinating the solution delivery.
